Step into 2026 is a gentle, flexible walking challenge designed to help you feel better after the festive season - physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Whether you’re pounding the pavements, walking on a treadmill, dancing in your kitchen, or simply adding a few extra steps to your day, this challenge is about movement that feels good.
Do it solo, as a family, or alongside friends - and if you choose to fundraise, every step helps us create inclusive, autism-friendly days out for children and adults across England and Wales.

How to Get Started

Choose what feels right for you - daily steps, a weekly walk, or simply moving more than you did in December.

You can create a fundraising page or make a one-off donation - whatever works for you this January.
✔ Get moving
Pop your trainers on, head outside, hop on a treadmill, or move however feels good for your body.
✔ Share if you can
Sharing your journey helps spread awareness of autism acceptance - even if fundraising isn’t possible right now.
