This March, we’re inviting you to Quit for a Bit ♾️
A simple, powerful fundraising challenge inspired by Lent — but open to everyone, no matter your beliefs.
March has 31 days.
Choose something you love… and give it up for the month.
Chocolate, alcohol, takeaways, energy drinks, online shopping, that daily coffee stop.
Whatever feels like a challenge to you.
The idea is simple:
👉 Quit for 31 days.
👉 Stay accountable.
👉 Raise funds while you do it.
It’s a great way to reset habits, prove something to yourself, and turn a personal challenge into real impact for the autistic community.
You can take part on your own, with friends, as a family, or even as a workplace team.
Small sacrifice.
Big difference.
Because when we give up a little… we help create a lot ♾️
How to Get Started

Choose what feels right for you - daily steps, a weekly walk, or simply moving more than you did in December.
✔ Join via our official Crowdfunder
You can create a fundraising page or make a one-off donation - whatever works for you this January.
✔ Get moving
Pop your trainers on, head outside, hop on a treadmill, or move however feels good for your body.
✔ Share if you can
Sharing your journey helps spread awareness of autism acceptance - even if fundraising isn’t possible right now.
