In my career I have worked for a lot of organisations from small to global organisations and I have never felt part of such a great community of people. The company not only does amazing things within the local community but treats its employees with respect and a great work/life balance. As a parent it’s sometimes so hard to find something flexible but they really do support you with this! The directors/employees are all very friendly and I genuinely love coming into work everyday!

The A World UK CIC is a great company to work for. They are an extremely flexible company and cater to everyone's needs. You are not seen as a number at this company, each member of staff is valued and it is great to see. I have gained so much confidence and new skills since starting with the company with the help and support of the management team. I love working for The A World as it allows me to help contribute towards the autistic community, which is a cause very close to my heart. We have such a friendly team and I'm really glad to be a part of it! I have been here for 3 years and plan on spending many more. Brilliant company to work for.

I volunteered at The A World Swinton as I was in between employment. I had worked for the same company for 18 years and had taken redundancy. I was unsure what direction I wanted to go. I used to go in the Swinton shop and the manager was always friendly. I wanted to give some of my time to helping in the community so I enquired about volunteering.
