Information Regarding Our Event

We have never been to your event before do we all stay together?

No, we exclusively hire the whole venue for our community to enjoy, you will be able to enjoy the day as you would if you were to visit on a standard day.

What time does the event start?

All guests will be given a time slot from 5pm- 5:45pm to enter the festival. This has been done to stagnate arrival times so queuing is reduced significantly. The festival will run until 8pm which gives all guests at least 2 hours to enjoy the experience. Typically you can expect to spend approximately 90 minutes leisurely strolling the 1 mile trail.

Why are we being given an arrival time?

To ensure that the event is autism friendly, we have put this system in place to prevent large numbers of people arriving at the same time allowing us to prevent queues.

When will I receive our arrival time?

Your arrival time will be printed on your ticket, which you should receive 2-3 weeks prior to the event via email.
