The A World UK - Terms and Conditions

Welcome to The A World UK! We're thrilled to have you as a valued member. Please take a moment to read through our terms and conditions. Below, you'll find the terms and conditions that govern your membership and access to Priority Tickets and Funded Holidays.

1. Priority Tickets:

​a. Priority Tickets are exclusively reserved for members and cannot be accessed by the general public during the specified offer period.

b. Availability is limited, and Priority Tickets are offered on a 'first come first served' basis. We recommend acting swiftly to secure your tickets.

c. Members may request tickets only for individuals listed on their membership account.


2. Offer Period:

a. The Priority Ticket offer is valid only for a 48 hour period, (you will be informed prior to tickets being available through email and via our newsletter and ‘Members only’ Facebook group) or until the total number of Priority Tickets available is sold out, whichever comes first.


b. Applications for Priority Tickets received after the specified end date and time will not be successful. Ensure you check the expiry date and time of the offer.


3. Funded Holidays:


a. Funded Holidays are available for families with a maximum of 6 people.


b. Availability is limited, and Funded Holidays are offered on a 'first come first served' basis. We recommend acting swiftly to secure your booking.

4. Eligibility Requirements:

a. To be eligible for membership, you must reside within one of the council boroughs that we actively support.


b. If you move to a borough that is not currently supported by The A World UK, you will not be able to renew your membership once it expires.

c. The recipient of the membership must have an autism diagnosis.

d. Those on the membership must legally live in the UK. 

5. Membership Information Accuracy:

a. We encourage you to provide accurate and up-to-date information when signing up for The A World UK membership. This includes your personal details and contact information.

b. Any changes to your membership information should be promptly updated by contacting our support team via email to ensure we can keep you informed about the latest happenings.


6. Membership Terms:


a. Membership with The A World UK is a privilege, and we reserve the right to revoke or suspend your membership at any time if we deem it necessary for reasons including, but not limited to, breach of these terms and conditions or misuse of our services.

b. As a member of The A World UK community, we expect you to adhere to our code of conduct. Respectful and positive interactions with fellow members, contributors, and our team are essential to maintaining a vibrant and welcoming community.


c. By accessing and utilising our services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. We may update these terms from time to time, so please review them periodically.

7. Giveaways:

a. From time to time, The A World UK may host giveaways for our members. To participate, please make sure you complete the form correctly, as well as ensuring that you meet the eligibility criteria specified in each giveaway announcement.


b. Winners will be selected fairly and at random from eligible participants unless otherwise stated in the giveaway or contest rules.


8. Prize Redemption:


a. If you are chosen as a winner, congratulations! We will reach out to you through the contact information provided during your membership sign-up. Please ensure that your contact details are accurate to claim your prize.


b. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.


9. Content Accuracy:

a. The A World UK is committed to providing you with high-quality content that inspires and informs. However, information may change over time, and we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of all content.


b. We encourage our community members to double-check information independently when making decisions based on our content, especially when it comes to travel recommendations, product reviews, or any other advice.


10. Membership Cancellation:

a. You are free to cancel your membership with The A World UK at any time. To do so, please contact our support team.


b. Please note that membership cancellation may affect your access to certain features, content, or benefits.


11. Privacy and Data Security:


a. We take your privacy and data security seriously. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy, which you can review on our website.
