The A World UK Giveaway - Terms & Conditions​

Terms & Conditions:

 

1. Eligibility: Participants can only enter the prize draw once, they must be over 18 years of age and reside within the North of England or Midlands. Employees of The A World UK and their family members are not eligible to enter. At least one family member must have an autism diagnosis or be on the pathway.

2. Prize: The prize for our giveaway is a family Gulliver's ticket (maximum 2 adults & 4 children.) for our upcoming Gulliver's World - Warrington event on Saturday 21st September, 2024. Tickets are not for re-sale and cannot be transferred to another date. 

 

3. Proof Requirements: Proof of residency and autism diagnosis/pathway must be provided within 24 hours of notification if selected as the winner. Acceptable forms of proof include, an autism diagnosis report or a pathway referral letter (the referral letter must dated within the past 2 years).

 

4. Notification and Verification: The winner will be announced on Facebook on Saturday 18th May at 8pm, they must respond within 24 hours to claim the prize. Failure to provide required proof within the specified timeframe will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

 

5. Review Period: Reviews must be left on our Trustpilot page between Saturday, 11th May and Saturday, 18th May 2024, to be eligible for the giveaway.

 

6. Disclaimers: The A World UK giveaway is not sponsored or connected to Facebook or Gulliver's World. The A World UK reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway or event at any time without prior notice. The A World UK is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury related to the giveaway or event. 

 

7. Liability: By participating in the giveaway, participants agree that The A World UK and its affiliates, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising out of participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
